Our Chocolate Croquembouche is made from delicate choux pastry, each one filled with a rich chocolate ganache and dipped in chocolate before being carefully assembled into a sculptural tower.

Finished by hand with fresh flowers, the tower is designed to complement your celebration and create a beautiful focal point for your wedding or special occasion.

The tower holds approximately 50 choux, with additional individual choux prepared separately according to your number of guests, ensuring everyone can enjoy one.
