Payment can be made via the payment methods available on our website. All transactions are processed in a secure manner. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order, which will be confirmed once we dispatch the goods.
     

  5. Delivery We aim to dispatch all orders within 4 working days of receiving payment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control. Delivery charges will be clearly stated at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the delivery service provider, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
     

  6. Returns and Refunds Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item, damaged goods, or a quality concern, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. To report an issue, please email us at embelori@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product if applicable. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 days and issued to the original payment method.
     

  7. The Bel Club Events – Cancellation & Refund Policy For events organized by The Bel Club, the following cancellation and refund policy applies:
    Cancellations made one week before the event date are eligible for a full refund or a reschedule to another available date.
    Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.Allergies and Dietary Information Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, dairy, and gluten. Please refer to the ingredient list on the product page or packaging for specific allergen information. ËMBËL Chocolates is not liable for any adverse reactions caused by our products. If you have any concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before consuming our products.
