Every piece is made using slow, traditional techniques — from tempering on marble to hand-painting each shell — paired with thoughtful flavour combinations inspired by the places, cultures, and moments that define us.
Our chocolate collections change with the seasons, allowing ingredients, flavours, and stories to evolve naturally — just as they do in life. Each release is limited, intentional, and created to be experienced in its moment.

Ciao! I’m Loredana — founder of ËMBËL Chocolates.
ËMBËL is the essence of my journey — from my Albanian roots, through the gardens of Italy where I was born and raised, to London, the city I now call home.
But the real beginning?
It started quietly — during a time of personal breakdowns and breakthroughs. I was 23, in the middle of a career shift, and some of the hardest mental health struggles I’d ever faced.
Chocolate became my anchor. A daily ritual that gave me calm, focus, and something that felt like mine.
That’s when I knew I had to create something for myself. Not just a brand — but a voice. A legacy.
My love for chocolate began in the pastry kitchen, where I fell for the slow, traditional process: tempering on marble, hand-painting every shell, and filling each bonbon with both flavour and meaning. It felt like therapy — but also, like purpose.
ËMBËL isn’t just a business. It’s a celebration of memory, craftsmanship, and care. Each flavour is a reflection of the places I’ve been, the people I love, and the quiet moments that shaped me.
