Every piece is made using slow, traditional techniques — from tempering on marble to hand-painting each shell — paired with thoughtful flavour combinations inspired by the places, cultures, and moments that define us.
Our chocolate collections change with the seasons, allowing ingredients, flavours, and stories to evolve naturally — just as they do in life. Each release is limited, intentional, and created to be experienced in its moment.

The Chef
Ciao, I’m Loredana — pastry chef and founder of ËMBËL Chocolates.
Born and raised in Italy, with Albanian roots, my journey through pastry and chocolate led me to create ËMBËL — a brand built from craftsmanship, creativity and the desire to create something truly my own.
Chocolate became the place where precision meets imagination. Every piece is handmade, from carefully crafted fillings to hand-painted shells, with the intention of creating something beautiful, meaningful and memorable.
To me, chocolate is more than a treat. It’s comfort, connection, and creativity — all wrapped into something that invites you to pause and savour.
This is about more than taste — it’s about meaning.
